Every JadePlay session is designed to create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where children can participate in different ways and at their own pace. Children are encouraged to share ideas, explore through play and role-play, listen to others and reflect together.

Children are encouraged to contribute ideas, shape discussions and influence how activities develop. The facilitator guides and supports rather than simply giving answers, creating opportunities for children to think for themselves, learn from one another and discover the value of their own voice.

Every child should leave JadePlay feeling that their voice mattered and their contribution was valued.
